The suspect in the fatal shooting of a white father and his white mother in Florida has been identified as a self-professed godess who lives in the country and is driving a black Porsche.

The woman’s mother had a history of mental illness and had previously been jailed for domestic violence, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, which released a statement saying that the suspect was believed to be her daughter’s mother.

Cindy Carter-Smith, who was a white woman, allegedly shot and killed her 33-year-old son, 34-yearold son and 24-year old daughter while driving her car into a pool on the outskirts of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in March.

Police said Carter-Smith then went to the nearby Walmart and shot and injured the woman’s son, who had been visiting her for several days.

She also allegedly shot her daughter.

Authorities said the woman, who is believed to have been living in the United States illegally, has a history with mental illness.

“This is a tragic case, and we hope that all the information about this case will lead to the person(s) responsible being brought to justice,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement on Sunday.
